Designing clarity for growth
As Sunbit’s partner network grew rapidly, the tools supporting it didn’t scale at the same pace. Business partners and integration teams were forced to jump between multiple portals to complete even basic tasks like checking transactions or exporting reports. The product wasn’t failing, it was simply outgrowing its infrastructure.
The Problem
Partners had no single source of truth. Data lived across different systems, numbers didn’t always match, and simple workflows became frustratingly complex. This caused confusion, slowed down daily operations, and eroded trust between Sunbit and its partners.
The Problem
Partners had no single source of truth. Data lived across different systems, numbers didn’t always match, and simple workflows became frustratingly complex. This caused confusion, slowed down daily operations, and eroded trust between Sunbit and its partners.
The Solution
I designed a unified partner dashboard that consolidates everything in one place. Instead of separate products for different users, I created a flexible system that adapts to user roles, providing merchants with quick insights and giving technical partners deeper access to data. The goal was to reduce friction, simplify information architecture, and develop scalable components for future growth.
Impact
The new dashboard replaced three disconnected systems with one clear, reliable experience. Partners were able to complete tasks faster, understand their data more easily, and rely less on support. Internally, the design system reduced development effort and made future iterations significantly easier to ship.
