Designing for speed, clarity, and quick decision-making

E-commerce
Fast commerce, without the friction.
Brisk was a location-based shopping app focused on ultra-fast delivery and doorstep payments. The product aimed to make local shopping feel immediate, simple, and mobile-first.

At the time, many mobile commerce experiences felt overloaded and difficult to navigate, especially on smaller screens. Users needed to browse products, complete purchases, and track deliveries quickly and confidently, often while on the go.
The challenge was creating an experience that balanced speed with clarity, while keeping the interface intuitive enough for first-time users.

I led the design of the iOS and Android app experience, focusing on simplifying key flows such as browsing, checkout, payments, and delivery tracking.
The product was designed around reducing friction at every step. I simplified navigation, clarified the purchasing flow, and worked closely with developers to ensure the final implementation stayed aligned with the intended user experience.
Alongside the product itself, I also designed supporting marketing materials to help create a more cohesive brand experience.
Brisk will guide the user through the fulfillment process. The user sees the delivery flow at all times, and he/she will know when the delivery is expected to arrive.

Brisk also allows the user to open his store and become a Brisker for free! He doesn’t need an actual store; he can use the shops around him as providers, buy from them, and sell it to the user with a slight markup for profit.

The result was a cleaner and more intuitive mobile commerce experience built around speed, usability, and clarity. The project strengthened my ability to design fast decision-making flows in startup environments where product thinking, execution, and collaboration all move quickly.
